Mehrdad Razavi, MD, is a sleep medicine specialist, visionary and Medical Director of Innovative Sleep Centers. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry, Neurology, and Sleep Medicine. His 25 years of medical experience include 20 years in neurology and 15 years in sleep medicine. After finishing his medical training in Vienna, Austria, Dr. Razavi did his clinical training and was on medical faculty at the department of neurology of both the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA, and Creighton University in Omaha, NE, before moving to private practice.   He enjoys providing comprehensive care to patients who suffer from a wide range of sleep disorders and improve their quality of life.  To raise awareness and educate the community, he was a featured national speaker and Medical Director of the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines (ACSDD), a national inter-disciplinary sleep organization. He established his own independent practice, Innovative Sleep Centers (ISC) in 2010.

Harrison Detroja, ARNP, FNP

“A good day starts with a good breath” is a quote that Harrison uses often. 

Prior to receiving his Nurse Practitioner degree from Eastern KY University, Harrison was educated and worked as a mechanical engineer.  He relocated to Washington and has been in healthcare since 2003 including his work as a primary care provider in Chehalis for 3 years prior to joining ISC.  He is passionate and persistent about improving all his patients' sleep health.

He enjoys the outdoors, hiking and spending time with family.



Jennifer Barlow, PA-C

Jennifer “Jenna” Barlow is originally from upstate New York, but officially now considers herself a Pacific Northwesterner.  She has lived here for 20 years and spent nearly her entire career caring for patients in both Oregon and Washington.  She has a comprehensive history in Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Occupational Medicine.  Jenna received her BS in Physician Assistant Sciences from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA.  She is passionate about treating the “whole” patient and believes sleep issues are often ignored or missed. 

She loves spending time with her family including her two children she adopted from China, as well as her two dogs.  She also enjoys outdoor activities like walking, hiking and kayaking, loves to travel and is an avid quilter.



Laura Ginoza, MSPA-C

Laura received her Masters Degree as a certified Physician Assistant from Oregon Health & Science University’s Physician Assistant program.  Laura chose sleep medicine because she feels the importance of sleep is underestimated by the general public and she enjoys seeing the positive impact on patient’s lives.
